“Nisreen Mahasneh is a professor in private law. Her areas of interest are EC laws, UNICITRAL Model laws, UNIDROIT Principles and instruments, contracts, and international trade. She has published several articles and book chapters in Arabic and English at regional and international journals covering various aspects of EC, UNIDROIT Principles and contracts. Professor Nisreen was also a senior legal education specialist at the American Bar Association in Jordan. Professor Nisreen has participated in several regional and international conferences and carried out TOT seminars on the promotion of innovative legal education techniques.

Professor Nisreen holds an LLB and LLM degrees from the University of Jordan, and a Ph.D. degree from the University of Aberdeen in the UK.”

Professor Nisreen worked for fifteen years at Yarmouk University in Jordan, prior to joying Qatar University in 2016.
