How do I get started?
Each of our online trainings can be purchased directly online. Payment can be made by credit card or by bank transfer.
As soon as your payment has been processed, access details as well as a login and password will be sent to you by our online training partner Coastline Solutions. You then have access to the course for one year, you can access the course anytime from anywhere in the world. You can open and review the course as many times as you want within the one year timeframe.
Do I have to start the training at a particular time?
No. The training is delivered online so you can take it at any time within the 12 month access period (the clock begins once you receive your login and password).
What language is used for the trainings?
Is there any assessment at the end of the training?
At the end of a course, each trainee will have three opportunities to assess his/her knowledge.
The system records the first 3 attempts of the assessment and the highest score is indicated on the Certificate you receive. You can however, continue to attempt the assessment as often as you wish and receive feedback on each attempt.
Will I receive any kind of certificate?
Yes, each trainee receives a personalized ICC certificate detailing their results. The certificates are sent by post.
Do I receive printed materials with the course?
No. We provide online access to the training for one year. No part of the course is delivered in printable form.
What is the Learning Management System (LMS)?
The Learning Management System allows for multiple training administrators within a company to cater for large companies with offices in different locations. Companies can easily manage allocation of the training and keep track of trainees’ progress and results if you so wish.
